Super cute! 1980's off the shoulder cottage rose print dress by Eber.
Great vintage condition complete with boning on bust to the waist and has a built in belt. 
Fantastic color with no fading! Looks like it has never been worn (this was purchased in a lot of deadstock items but it is missing the original shop tags).
