Ruffled tiered dress with elastic top and waist (see measurements below).
Spaghetti straps are adjustable or they can be tucked in to convert dress into a tube top style.
Missing original ribbon belt but dress has no other issues.

39.5" overall length (this is from top of dress, straps will make it longer)
